- MoneyTrax offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 30-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
- A software subscription is licensed to a single licensed financial professional* and may not be used by any other licensed financial professional.
- *A licensed financial professional is defined as a person who presents the software in the process of offering financial education, advice, and/or financial products. This includes but is not limited to, associates in the same office, team members, family members, partnerships, etc.
- Subscribers utilizing the software agree to the Software Licensing Agreement (linked here).
- Subscription prices are subject to change.
12-Month Commitment Terms for COW Foundations Course
- By enrolling in the COW Foundations Training Program at the monthly rate of $75 per month, you agree to a 12-month commitment (total program cost: $900).
- If you cancel your enrollment before completing the full 12-month term, you will be charged an early cancellation amount equal to the lesser of: $500, or the remaining unpaid balance of the $900 program cost.
- By agreeing to the 12-month commitment, you authorize MoneyTrax to charge any unpaid balance to the payment method on file.
