MoneyTrax Terms of Service
- MoneyTrax offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 30-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
- A software subscription is licensed to a single licensed financial professional* and may not be used by any other licensed financial professional.
- *A licensed financial professional is defined as a person who presents the software in the process of offering financial education, advice, and/or financial products. This includes but is not limited to, associates in the same office, team members, family members, partnerships, etc.
- Subscribers utilizing the software agree to the Software Licensing Agreement (linked here).
- Subscription prices are subject to change.
COW Foundations Course Payment Plan Agreement
- COW Foundations is a 12-month training program billed in 12 equal monthly payments.
- Enrollment reflects a commitment to complete the full program. If you cancel before all 12 payments have been made, you will be charged $500 or the remaining balance of the program, whichever is less.
- By checking this box, you acknowledge the 12-month billing commitment and authorize MoneyTrax to charge any applicable remaining balance or early cancellation fee to the payment method on file.
- If you’d like, I can also give you a slightly clearer “legal-style” version that tends to reduce chargeback disputes and is commonly used in subscription agreements.

- By submitting a SMS Text Form on our website and checking the box to consent to SMS/text communications, you agree to receive informational and promotional text messages from MoneyTrax.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our programs, services, and events.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
