Support and continued development of the Circle of Wealth™ System is funded through our annual subscription renewal program.
Your original system purchase included one full year of program updates and access to technical support and all system modules. After this time period, you must renew your annual update/support subscription to continue to receive these services and continued access to all system modules.
All software purchased prior to January 1, 2005 has a support subscription expiration date of the 15th February of the following year (ie: Version 2005 software expires Feb 15, 2006).
All software purchased AFTER January 1, 2005 includes one-year (12 months) of updates and support that expires one calendar year from the date of purchase.
LAPSED SUBSCRIPTION POLICY: Circle of Wealth® system users who let their Update and Support Subscription (formally known as Toolbox Renewal) expire may "Catch Up" their subscription by paying their delinquent renewals. For example: If your last active subscription was purchased in 2003 (and expired 2/5/2004), you would need to pay the 2004,2005,2006 and 2007 renewal fees ($300 x 4 = $1200) and your subscription would be back in good standing until 2/15/2008.
Frequently Asked Question: I haven't used the software since 200x because [I was busy doing something else, on vacation, temporarily changed careers, allergic to computers, dog ate my laptop, etc.] Why should I pay for past support when I wasn't using it? Answer: Our VERY modest annual update and support subscription (renewal) fee primarily funds our continuous product upgrades and new features. It is not fair to our loyal subscribers - who annually support our continued development efforts, to let others reap the benefits of their support without contributing their fair share. MoneyTrax is founded on a belief in fairness, honesty, and justice. We are firm in our stance that this is the only policy that is truly fair to everyone.
