Client Communication Profile
This is a very unique and powerful tool designed to help you communicate with your clients on a much higher level than you have ever been able to in the past. Each of us communicate in different ways and prefer that those who are sharing information with us do so in a way in which we can best understand.
The Client Communication Profile is an online assessment that will take your client about ten minutes to complete and will give you great insight into how to best communicate with your client effectively. The information provided in the profile will provide you the opportunity to better serve your client by knowing exactly how they process information. It will perhaps allow spouses to understand one another's differences in this area and for the first time communicate on a higher level with one another in the area of their finances.
Each profile requires a "code" to give your client access to the Client Communication Profile. You simply email your client the code and the web site link to take the profile. Once the profile is complete they will be able to print a copy and you will receive a copy as well.
You will set this in motion in Step 3 of the Circle of Wealth sales process and will review the information in the profile during your second meeting when you review the Confidential Questionnaire (Step 6). The Client Communication Profile along with the information you received in Step 1 with the 10 Open Ended Questions will give you everything you need to provide the professional level of service that separates you from the crowd.
Profile Overview:
- Page 1 - Introduction – detailed overview of the report contents.
- Page 2 - The Scales – explanation of the scales and the measurements in the report.
- Page 3 - The Strengths Chart – graphical depiction of how your client will approach the following four areas:
- How they problem solve.
- How they process information
- How they manage change
- How they face risk
- Page 4, 5 - General Characteristics – general statements to provide understanding of your clients decision-making style.
- Page 6 - Do's for Communicating – best ways to communicate with your client effectively.
- Page 7 - Don’ts on Communicating – things that may create communication barriers.
