Meet Online Now is a service from GatherWorks, Inc that allows you to share your computer's desktop with others across the nation.

We (MoneyTrax) are paying GatherWorks for a single shared "meeting room" for our Mentors to use to practice with their accountability partners, and to OCCASIONALLY meet with clients and prospects. This service is a benefit of being in an active Mentor Group, and is available as long as the group is active.

Once the Mentor Group year has expired, the Mentor-class account will also be discontinued. It is in no way associated with the MoneyTrax update and support subscription renewal. Since there is one room and 80 potential users, there is certainly a chance the room will be unavailable when you want to use it, and we anticipate many of our Mentors will quickly see the benefit of meeting clients and prospects online (for reviews or virtual prospecting) and want to integrate MeetingPlace into their business processes. When they do, they should subscribe to the GatherWorks service directly.

Pricing for your own private meeting room starts as low as $25/month and you can continue to use the same user-friendly service portal we designed. So for long-term or active customer use, one needs to subscribe to the GatherWorks service. (A true bargain, I can assure you.)

To get your password for Meet Online Now, visit www.meetonlinenow.com and choose: "Host A Session".
-Underneath the Login Boxes, click on "Forgot Password?"
-Enter the email address that you used to sign-up for the Mentorship program.
-A password will be sent to that email. Use this to host a session.
-You do not need a password to Join a session.

If the site says that your email is already in use. You may have previously opened up your own account at GatherPlace (free trial). We can not add you to our group of Mentor-class users until you contact GatherWorks to have them release your e-mail address from their system - or assign it to our corporate Mentor account.
